* One-on-one Personal Training $30/session (in person and on-line)

This will include a 30 min initial consultation to set and plan goals for the client. Client will receive continuous contact with the coach, along with personal phone number for any questions or concerns. Times are flexible with the coach. Training can be in studio or outside depending on clients goals and will be a duration of 30 min. The client will be instructed prior to warm up.

Sessions online will be conducted through facetime, skype, or Zoom.

*One-on-one Coaching for Running $100/month

         Includes a 30 min initial consultation that focuses on the goals and initial assessments of the client. The client will be given a month’s running plan focused and adjusted to meet long term and weekly goals. The client will get unlimited access to weekly check-ins with the coach through email, text, and calling. This plan will be adjusted as the client progresses throughout the plan.

*One-on-One Health Coach $200/month

         This includes an initial 30 min consultation with client for initial goals and assessments. Health Coach will focus on motivational interviewing and focusing on overcoming barriers during training, nutrition planning and meal prepping. Understanding starting a new lifestyle change can be difficult, this program includes unlimited guidance provided through emails, phone calls, and text messages. Includes 8 training sessions a long with (online will be over facetime, skype, or zoom) 4 weekly check ins (phone or in person), and 3-day additional personalized workout plan.

Nutrition Coaching $45/session-Add onto another plan $25, Meal Prep: $20

         This can be added to any program and consists of an initial 60 min meeting to layout weight goals, along with required calories and meal options. Personalized Meal prepping help can be added.
